• If you have entered Türkiye before 2024, you must first obtain an invitation letter from a company in Türkiye.
• You will be required to attach the trade registry gazette and signature circular of the inviting company to your residence permit application file.
• The inclusion of the business plan of the person, requesting residence in the file will contribute to the positive evaluation of the residence permit application.
• You must apply within the deadline and submit your file in full to the Provincial Directorate of Immigration authority where you have made an appointment.

What to Consider for the Purposeful Visa Requirement from Abroad?

• Before coming to Türkiye, you need to obtain a notarized invitation letter from the company you will be in contact with.
